Service Description
Yoga, mindfulness & relaxation are extremely beneficial for you and your baby. These practices can enhance the connection between you and your baby. And can even help you be more prepared for the birth of your baby and beyond. This class will include yoga, movement & breath-work, All are welcome at any stage of pregnancy! Prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are designed for pregnant women and new mothers. They focus on strengthening muscles, improving flexibility, and promoting relaxation. Classes may also teach breathing techniques and coping strategies for labor. This class will provide a nurturing and supportive community for expecting and new mothers. There will be time to connect about the physical and mental changes of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. THIS CLASS IS PERFECT FOR... -Pregnant women in all trimesters -Women who have recently given birth* *after they are cleared for movement by their medical professional **babies in arms are welcome to join (6 mo. & younger) -Women who are planning to become pregnant.
