Join Kari Foster Allison, Heather Feather, Dane Walters and Carly Sink (known as SKNH) as they take you on a journey, walking between worlds with a unique and custom spin on a sound journey with their voices, singing bowls, drums, rattles and other unique instruments.

Organic sound can be soothing for the nervous system, stimulating for the immune system, and brings overall balance to your physical, mental and emotional body.

During this immersion you will be led through breath work, meditation, chanting, toning, gentle energy qi movement, and sound alchemy. These exercises will be guiding you through healing opportunities for the physical, mental, emotional and energetic body.
